Introduction

Hello everyone! My name is Fred Drogula, and I am a professor of Humanities and of Classics, spending my days teaching and learning about the ancient Mediterranean world, most especially ancient Greece and Rome. I love being a professor and introducing my students to the history, literature, archaeology, religion, philosophy, and languages of these Classical cultures, and I am getting started on Substack hoping the share my love for this material with more people.
